This multi level custom built retreat features covered decks and patios and sits on .75 acres on a private point surrounded by Caribbean Sea views and lush tropical vegetation.

The open floor plan is ideal for guests' comfort with its beautifully spacious living space, indoors and out. You still can find many cozy nooks and crannies to enjoy private moments. From anywhere within the retreat or on the grounds savor the incredible sea views. Take in the sunrise and sunset from the covered Palapa facing the Caribbean Sea, from the private pool on the back patio overlooking the retreat's private beach, from anywhere at all!

Each guest room offers utmost comfort and privacy and comes equipped with:  king size bed, private entrance, full bathroom, AC, Fans, TV.  Enjoy the private manicured grounds, private beach, dipping pool, hot tub/Jacuzzi, and covered sea side Palapa with decking that offers breathtaking sunset and

sunrise views.

There are two rooms to choose from, each tastefully decorated: one on the ground floor, one on the second floor.

We can arrange other activities: diving, boat snorkel, spa/massage therapies (see our wonderful Spa Menu below), island tours, and more!

In addition, upon arrival enjoy a chilled bottle of wine with fresh fruit and three course dinner your first night!  (Two night minimum).

For a diverse dining experience you can enjoy the exciting Palapa Bar and Grill, or choose to dine in:  lunch/dinner at the Retreat.  Cal's, specializing in island cuisine, is just up the road from Sante' and offers wonderful island views.  A must!

Lastly, visit the nearby pool, swimming lagoon, and the Palapa Bar which features fun activities in the evenings!
